近年では捕れる漁が少なくなり、天然うなぎは絶滅危惧種にもなりました。
そんな中うなぎ仕掛けにかかる天然なまずに着目!!!
下処理し捌いた身は淡白で美味😋
新しい四万十川名物にならないかと、地元川漁師と考えました。
仕掛けも、四万十川に優しい釣り方。
